CIO, Brandywine Global Investment Management

Niki Mangos serves as the Chief Information Officer for Brandywine Global Investment Management overseeing IT and its strategy in supporting current and future business goals.

In past roles, Niki served as Divisional CIO at Guardian Life overseeing a substantial transformation of technology in its Agency/Sales Division and its Broker/Dealer, Park Avenue Securities. For 11 years prior to that Niki was a member of the IT leadership team for Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) in several roles including strategic technology delivery and support  for the Global Equity Trading and Portfolio Management, Private Equity, Mutual Fund, and Distribution businesses. Niki also spent 13 years in technology strategy and oversight positions in the Global Fixed Income Capital Markets businesses of Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank.

Niki has supported women’s professional advancement in the past serving as a steering committee member of the Goldman Sachs Women in Technology organization and as the Goldman Sachs firm-wide women’s champion for recruiting efforts on the Columbia University campus. Niki was an invited member of the Finance Panel at annual Columbia Women’s Leadership Conference in 2006 and 2007.

Niki earned her B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, Barnard College.
