Kathy Junod

Kathy Junod has a 23-year career in the field of Information Technology focused in startup and high growth companies. She is currently the Chief Information Officer at Recovery Centers of America.   As a multi-faceted Information Technology executive, Kathy has demonstrated leadership abilities and hands on experience including strategic planning, policy creation, vendor management, application deployment, support, and licensing management. She has built and managed departmental resources from one employee to a successful team of more than 35. Kathy is responsible for all facets of the IT environment including strategy, vendor management, project and process management, system implementation, contact center solutions, network design, help desk management, desktop support, disaster recovery planning and execution.

 

Prior to joining RCA, Kathy served as the Executive Director of Information Technology for Auxilium Pharmaceuticals and was responsible for the alignment and execution of the IT strategy and programs from initial start up to Auxilium’s 2015 acquisition.

In addition to her professional career, she spent 7 years as an adjunct professor at Holy Family University, leading both graduate and undergraduate levels including, Introduction to Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Strategy and Competitive Intelligence, Management for Information Technology and Business Ethics. Kathy has her BS in Human Resource Administration and Marketing and her MS in Information Science with an emphasis on technical competence, leadership skills and business expertise.
