Kissner is a senior IT executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Barbara possesses a wide range of technical and risk management skills\, including global IT security\, application development\, business continuity/disaster recovery\, international privacy\, data governance and compliance.  She has held positions as a Chief Information Officer for an insurance company and a Chief Information Security Officer for a bank.   Barbara currently owns her own consulting company which specializes in technology transformation\, cyber security\, organizational resiliency and governance. \n  \nPanelists: \nChristine Saxon – Director\, Technology Risk\, SEI Investments \nChristine is a solutions-driven professional with expertise in technology operations\, audit\, risk management and leadership. Currently\, Christine leads Technology Risk for SEI.  In this role\, Christine partners with SEI’s technology teams to help them identify\, understand and manage risk. She has oversight for all technology-related regulatory\, audit and control compliance activity to help minimize the impact on leadership and promote a positive risk culture. \nThroughout her 11 years at SEI Christine has had leadership positions in IT Audit and Technology Operations. Christine was instrumental in establishing the foundation for the current IT audit function.  During her time managing Technology Operations\, she was responsible for the overall availability and stability of the SEI Wealth Platform.  Christine provided technical leadership for multiple production\, pre-production\, and development environments focusing on the continuous improvement of operations\, security\, and integrity of the services provided. \nPrior to joining SEI\, Christine spent nearly 10 years with Andersen Worldwide (and then Protiviti) in technology consulting\, advising executives and business leaders in the financial services industry. \n  \nRon Plesco – Principal\, Cyber Response Services Practice\, KPMG \nRon is an internationally known information security and privacy attorney with over 18 years experience in cyber investigations\, information assurance\, privacy\, identity management\, computer crime and emerging cyber threats and technology solutions. Ron is a Principal in KPMG’s Cyber Response Services practice. Ron joined KPMG in 2012 after a distinguished career in the private and public sectors and is a frequent speaker nationally. Prior to joining KPMG\, Ron was the CEO of the National Cyber Forensics and Training Alliance (NCFTA)\, where he managed the development of intelligence that led to over 400 worldwide cybercrime arrests in four years and prevented over $2 billion in fraud. Notable NCFTA intelligence-led arrests include Ghost Click\, Anonymous\, Coreflood and multiple online fraud. \n  \nEllen Rinaldi – Chief Security Officer & Chief Information Security Officer\, Vanguard \nEllen Rinaldi\, Chief Security Officer and Chief Information Security Officer\, is a nineteen-year Vanguard Principal with global responsibility for Enterprise Security including: Physical and Personnel Security\, IT and Information Security\, the Security Operations Center and Fraud. She serves as the Chair of the Chief Information Security Officer Advisory Committee of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and participates in numerous webcasts and blogs addressing Vanguard shareholder interests. In this role\, she has also managed Access Management and directed the development of the Data Governance and Privacy Program. Prior to her nine years heading Enterprise Security\, she led Vanguard’s Investment Counseling & Research Group\, providing portfolio recommendations\, topical commentary and investment counseling for clients\, Vanguard’s retirement agenda\, including the development of retirement services for Vanguard shareholders\, Web-based services and tools\, the Vanguard Managed Account Program\, and overseeing Vanguard’s Annuity and Insurance Group.
